Department of Water Resources Annual Report Design

Department of Water Resources protects, conserves, develops, and manages much of California’s water supply including the State Water Project which provides water for 25 million residents, farms, and businesses. The annual report Wallrich produced for them was not only clearly organized but also featured images framed in circles, the natural shape of a falling raindrop.
