The Brandathon Voteathon

You’ve heard the tagline, “What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas.” Maybe you’ve heard the slogan “Keep Austin Weird.”
Now it’s our turn.
Creative powers throughout Sacramento have been working behind the scenes to put together a brand identity for our fair city for the better part of the past year. In March, creative teams from all over the city brought their concepts to the Sacramento Brandathon to be considered for the finals. Our pitch took the shape of a flexible logo solution to complement the tagline “Sacramento, in Season.” As an agency born and raised in Sacramento, we were honored and excited to be part of such a monumental endeavor, and our entry is steeped in Sacramento pride.
Based on the judge’s top scores, four videos have been selected to move forward for public voting, and – drumroll please – our humble entry is one of them! We invite you to watch our video, and proceed to Facebook to cast your vote (for us!).
The last day to vote is May 30 th, and we would love your support! UPDATE: The deadline to vote has been extended to June 13th! Plenty of time left to cast that vote!
The voting works like this:
- LIKE the Sac Region Brandathon Facebook page to unlock the voting page.
- WATCH the videos. (FYI, in the video player that opens, there’s a “Vote” button, but oddly that’s not the actual voting mechanism for the contest. Don’t be fooled! Also, the Video Contests app will ask to access your account—required for voting, but otherwise harmless.)
- CLICK the real “Vote” button in the main voting window (on the box that includes the current voting scores).
- SHARE the link and these instructions with your friends, if you’re so inclined. This is Sacramento’s brand, and we want to be sure all of Sacramento has their chance to weigh in!
